Acrylite® BRT sheet bullet-resistant glazing is a cell cast, non-laminated, acrylic sheet, 1.25" thick, and available in 4 x 8, 5 x 8 and 6 x 8 foot sheets.
Underwriters Laboratories has established weapon tests to evaluate bullet-resisting characteristics of glazing materials. These tests are found in UL Standard 752.
Acrylite® BRT sheet tested in accordance with UL 752, meet the requirements as level 1, Bullet-Resistant Glazing material and are listed accordingly by Underwriters Laboratories.
Also comes with an abrasion resistant coating on one or both sides.
