Enhanced Acrylic Sheets

• Abrasion Resistant - keeps the material from getting small scratches in high traffic installations


		Abrasion Resistant Sheet Acrylite® AR sheet is abrasion and chemical resistant. AR sheet is forty times more resistant to marring and scratching which can result from public contact and/or frequent cleaning. Due to its excellent chemical resistance, AR sheet can be cleaned with many household glass cleaners, however, we recommend using a liquid detergent and water solution. A one-side coated sheet is available for applications where only one side requires abrasion protection. This allows users to economically convert standard acrylic sheet applications to Acrylite® AR abrasion resistant sheet. The uncoated side of the sheet is ideal for silkscreening. 		Infra-Red Material Infrared transmitting (IRT) sheet was specially formulated to assist with projects requiring ultraviolet/visible light blockage and infrared transmission. What makes this product special is its ability to transmit light in the infrared region. Non-Glare material is used for pictures to prevent glare on the picture. The picture must sit right against the material or you will have a fuzzy picture if it sits away from the material.
